We have our products shipped from suppliers all around the world. We work diligently to ensure your orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. Here are the key details about our shipping methods:

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, CJ Packet.

All orders are shipped 1-2 days after purchase.

Eco-Friendly Shipping Method

Opting for Eco-Friendly Shipping

To select the eco-friendly shipping option for your order, simply check the corresponding box during the checkout process. The additional cost will be added to your order total, and you can proceed with your purchase knowing that you are making a positive environmental impact.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us by the store's 'contact us' page, or email us at info@efficana.com. If your return is accepted, you will have to send the item back to the address we state, on your own behalf. We do not send out return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order & 
contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

If you haven't received your order in 5 weeks, please fill out the contact form and we'll get back to you asap with a solution.
